I called the parts department for a hinge on my door. He quoted me a price and said he would have to special order it. I asked how easy or how much it would cost to install it. He transferred me to the service dept. I spoke with T who said he would order it. He called right back, and told me that he had it in stock, and that I could bring my car right in, and wait till it got done. It was then that T found out that the "special order" part was more than the parts dept. quoted me. But T only charged me what I was told. The service officer - "Leo Yi" was very professional and he treated me like the most important Cadillac customer even though I my car is a Chevy. He went above and beyond to fix the problems that I had (rattling noise on dashboard). He was very proactive about other things that needed attention in my car and even offered to wash my car for free.
