The 2022 Chevy Tahoe is a highly capable full size SUV. It offers minivan like passenger accommodations, including a third row of seating large enough for an adult to be comfortable. Equipped with one of three powerful engines the Tahoe is capable of pulling its own weight when it comes to trailering. The 2022 model updates centered around improving the power and technology available. Now the larger 6.2L V8 engine is available on three more trims levels. There is a new larger digital instrument cluster standard on LT trims and above. Added Google Assistant technology now allows drivers to control a variety of systems in their Tahoe by using only their voice. The trailering technology has been improved with up to 13 different camera, including a transparent view that allows the driver to see what is behind their trailer. Rounding out the improvements are a handful of new safety features such as Front and Rear Park Assist, and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning. The new exterior colors available in the 2022 model are Evergreen Gray Metallic, and Auburn Metallic, and Dark Ash Metallic.

The Tahoe makes an ideal mover of cargo and people alike. The 2022 model now features the largest interior yet. The third-row of seating has more leg room then ever - meaning that an adult can now sit comfortably in the very back. The second and third rows can be easily adjusted forward or backward to offer more flexibility. The interior stylings are well done and comfortable. An available 10.2 inch touchscreen infotainment center takes center stage and comes with niceties such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The Performance & Power You Need
The Chevy Tahoe shoppers get to choose from one of three capable V-8 engines. The base engine is a 355-hp 5.3L that can be upgraded to either a gas-powered 420-hp 6.2L, or an efficient six-cylinder diesel 3.0L. The Tahoe comes with a 10 speed automatic transmission and either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. The Tahoe offers good acceleration for it's size, as well as smooth handling. Buyers opting for the Z71 package will enjoy adjustable air springs, and adaptive dampeners are available on the High Country and Premier Trim levels - both options add even more comfort to the already smooth ride.
