I’ve been a loyal Chevrolet customer and have generally had good experiences at this dealership in the past. However, my recent service visit was deeply disappointing and has made me consider taking my business elsewhere. During my drop-off and pickup, I was assisted by a service advisor named Ram. Unfortunately, his behavior and the overall handling of my visit left much to be desired. When I arrived to check in, I explained the issues I was having with my vehicle—particularly a jerking issue that has occurred before and had been previously discussed with another advisor, Eric. Ram was distracted, attempting to assist the person behind me and someone on the phone at the same time, rather than focusing on the conversation we were already having. As a result, the issues I mentioned were not documented on the service paperwork, and my concerns were never addressed. In addition to the oil change I was scheduled for, Ram recommended an additional service, which I approved. Still, the original issue I brought in the vehicle for was never inspected. For a 2022 truck to experience jerking and stalling on the freeway is a serious concern that should not be overlooked. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the same lack of focus occurred. Ram was again trying to juggle multiple customers, and in the confusion, I was double charged. When I brought it to his attention and showed him proof via my banking app, he initially denied it. He then claimed it was the first time this had ever happened. However, he proceeded to ask his coworker for help on how to void the extra charge—something that contradicted his earlier denial. To make matters worse, when I was explaining to Ram that he should pay closer attention to avoid mistakes like this, his coworker interjected with an unprofessional and condescending remark: “It’s not like he did it on purpose.” While I don’t believe any of this was intentional, it certainly shows a lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for the customer. Mistakes happen—but how they’re handled is what defines a good dealership. Based on this experience, I will likely be looking for another Chevrolet dealership for future service and possibly for my next vehicle purchase. I had been considering a 2025 Suburban, but I would rather work with a team that values their customers and handles issues with care and professionalism. I hope management reads this and takes the necessary steps to improve the level of service and communication offered by their staff.

First of all, my service appointment was on June 27th, not June 30th. The service on that day was very bad. I dropped off my car at the appointed time of 10 am and received an email at 3:15 pm saying that the check-in process had been completed and the vehicle was ready to be moved to the service area. I went to pick up my car at 4:15 pm. The staff asked me to wait. At 5:25 pm, I finally got my car back, but saw some parts still hanging outside when I was about to drive away. This is the first time I have car service for my new car which bought in September last year. Why it took more than 7 hours to check? At the end when I got my car back, nobody told me what was going on with my car since I have two concerns. And some parts was still hanging outside. Customer service was so bad.

My problems were diagnosed accurately and the parts replaced. I also had extensive service for 75,000 miles. That was also done well. I was kept well informed as to the status. Also, the car was detailed by the dealer. It had a lot of dog hair in it and the detailing was excellent--no more dog hair with a very clean interior and the car finish was smooth and shiny. I am very happy with this service.

My Chevy Equinox had the check engine light cut on and a P0299 Code ( reduce engine power) popped on after front bumper damage. I went by auto zone, to see what the code was, and they told me actual code and asked if I wanted it cleared and I did. I told this chevy dealership this. I booked a 7:30am appointment. I dropped my car off and waited until about 2:30 before the technician told me that there's nothing wrong and they can't find a problem, not could they see in my car system that a code even popped up. I was charged $285 and they recommended some overpriced services that had nothing to do with the problem. I asked the why did the code likely pop up... and no answer. They just sat there in-front of me reading the paperwork. I drive it and the next day, the code pops back up. I feel as if this was one of the biggest waste of time. I feel robbed and taken advantage of. If it were my money, I would have asked for a refund, but this is a business car. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was great working with Jose very respectful and helped and understood my concerns during the purchase point of my new 2025 z06 corvette. Amir great guy that helped me get to my goal when it came down to final numbers and very helpful and respectful throughout the entire process. In the other hand the head of finance guy which I didn’t meet until I brought the corvette the next day to correct some scratches the car came from out of the show room, basically told me if I didn’t want to deal with scratches on the car I should’ve stayed away from black cars… what a joke and disrespectful way to treat a customer that just bought a 150k car from them. The point here is not the color is the fact that if you buy brand new car straight out off the show room and at that price point you expect what you pay for a flawless paint job or at least no scratches on it. Didn’t think that was too much for me to ask. After telling me not to buy black cars lol then proceeded to tell me to take it to my shop so they could do a professional paint correction and bring him back the bill for it. So that’s exactly what I’m going to do.

It was a pleasant transaction, Fremont Chevy made it easy. I came home and wanted to return the truck because I wanted the 12.5K towing limit and the max range is 10.5K. They immediately went to work to find me a truck that I wanted, told me I could drive the truck I had (I didn't). I eventually decided to keep the trailboss, I like the range. And this truck is a beast, I live in the Santa Cruz mountains and it is a 60 mile run to the Half Moon Bay harbor, a run I do all the time towing a 6500 pound boat/trailer. I've done that run using 49% of the battery with no gear in the boat, went crabbing today on an 80% charge, came home with 28% in the battery. I could not be more impressed with this truck. And I leased. When I go to get the next truck, I will go back to Fremont Chevy, they are good people.

Service manager was great. Then advisor took advantage of me by selling stuff not needed including cabin air filter early when I got home it said on the Chevrolet website every 22.5k miles and I only had 15k miles and I told him I was turning in lease in April. He also over billed the time spent on diagnosing issue and when I told the service manager he called advisor out as bs and removed it. I feel that I won’t be buying a new lease from chevy because of this experience.
